Columbus State Certificate Program

Program Description

This certification program allows people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to become certified in the field of human services. The program takes one year to complete and includes an internship in the human services field. Columbus State helps students find jobs in the human services field after completion of this program. This program is a great way for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to get a post-secondary education and earn a living giving back to society.

The time of the courses available through this program at Columbus State Community College may vary each semester.

Location

The in-class portion of this program is held at Columbus State Community College. The internship portion of this program is held at a variety of locations around Columbus.

Cost

The fee for this program is the cost of tuition at Columbus State Community College. The current tuition rates can be found at Columbus State’s Website.
