What’s Next?

Program Description

The What’s Next? program provides education and support for young adults with disabilities and their families to facilitate the transition to community-based services and supports. Program participants gain increased knowledge of the options available to them, a broader network of social supports, and comfort knowing that they are not alone in their search for community resources.

Meetings involve guest speakers, question and answer sessions, parent discussion groups, and young adult discussion and activity groups. Siblings and other family members are also welcome!
