YATC on the Move

A program committed to physical activity and health and wellness!

Program Description

YATC on the Move is committed to giving young adults with disabilities the opportunity to engage in physical activity. The program is designed to encourage healthy habits through the teaching of basic wellness information-exercise, nutrition, self-esteem, first aid and preventing colds and diseases. The goal of YATC on the Move is to promote the importance of physical activity and overall well-being so participants will leave the program with a solid foundation to build a healthier and more active lifestyle.
